What To Know About Me

1. I’m a wife and mom to an amazing daughter —once a very picky eater, now a college student who loves making smoothies and cooking for herself. She credits her love for simple, nourishing meals to our farmers market visits, nightly family dinners, and watching me in the kitchen. Living abroad has also expanded her palate and sense of adventure through new foods and shared meals with friends.
2. I am also a proud pet parent to our playful Bordoodle Kenzo and two Maine Coon cats, Beau and Zoe. I can't imagine a life without animals around me .
3. I was a runner for many years, but as I moved into my mid-50s, my body called for something different. Yoga became my go-to. These days, I prioritize Vinyasa and Yin yoga to support my strength and flexibility, while still enjoying the tennis I’ve played since age 12—now mostly doubles! I also hike, paddle-board, and hit the gym regularly to stay strong, energized and grounded.
4. My favorite indulgence? A glass of French wine paired with crusty bread and creamy Camembert or tangy goat cheese—especially when shared with good company.
5. Evenings are sacred wind-down time with my husband. Whether we’re deep into a Netflix series like Ozark or quietly reading by the fire in winter, it’s a simple joy I cherish.
6. I love traveling—probably more than my husband—but it’s always special when we explore a new place together. My most adventurous travel companion, though, is our daughter Gianna, who’s always up for discovering something new.
7. Let’s all calm and slow down ” has become one of my favorite phrases—a simple but powerful reminder to not sweat the small stuff and to stay anchored in what really matters. Finding that kind of calm didn’t come overnight—it’s been a journey of intention, practice, and learning to create space for peace amidst the busyness of life.
