Service Description

The 12/3/1 program is a 60-day blueprint without strict dieting, counting macros or using food replacement supplements. Lose weight with how you eat. What you eat is important, but HOW you eat it has more impact. Weight loss is a real struggle for some, I have been there and done that. I struggled not getting to my ideal weight for YEARS. I embarked on numerous diets, and supplements, some of them more sustainable than others. It wasn't until I became certified as a holistic health coach and learned what returning to whole foods, reprogramming my intuition for healthy behaviors, around food especially, and balancing my hormones actually looked like. After implementing it on a consistent basis I was finally able to reach my desired physique at 57 years old. “Habit change” takes time and therefore I recommend the 60 day one-on-one program : Sessions are 3 weeks on and 1 week off (integration week), once a week for 45 minutes where you will learn and discover a new way of thinking and: ● Understand what the body experiences when you eat ● Become aware of Who you are being when you eat ● Discover what whole foods give you energy for your body type ● Overcome sugar cravings and late night snacking ● Learn tools on how to eat so your system can burn fat & lose weight ● Practice the 12/3/1 method
