Monday Meditation: Being True to ourselves


Whether or not we realize it, many of us make decisions based on conditioning from our environment, rather than listening to—or even knowing—what we truly want and need.

We’ve learned from our parents, peers, schooling, and mass media how we are supposed to think, behave, and act. These ways of being are so deeply ingrained in our psyches and cultures that it can feel challenging to live and act in our own truth.

Today, let’s explore how mindful awareness can help us tune into our inner wisdom and intuition.
